Involves working alongside horses to create personal insight, awareness, process a thought, develop individual well-being, clarifying what is in your mind, Using your energy so the horse chooses to engage with us, a helpful tool to take away with you.
Can be a simple as observing the horses from a distance, quietly thinking with them in their environment, or working together with one in a structured way in the woodchip paddock.

It is the process of learning about oneself, in the moment, developing self -awareness. Once aware we can explore what happens when we change. Nurturing the skill of self-regulation. The horses provide a running commentary on our mindset, energy, behaviour, in this way we are given insight how to approach situations differently. Horses are compassionate non judgemental teachers of basic life skills, developing empowerment helps individuals make healthy behaviour choices.
I have priced these workshops in line with a therapeutic activity. Think Wellness. See it as the equivalent to a massage, reflexology, horse riding lesson, or a reiki session. Something for yourself, that makes you feel better.
