Hi, I am Anna, I am trained as an Equine Facilitator
Which means; I create a space for people to learn about themselves while interacting with horses. Together we take time to consider the question you bring, the horses help by focusing on body language that occurs between human and horse.
Learning by doing, ground based activities, not riding.
This process aims to help you find clarity and confidence in your decisions making.
Please book to come for a 1 hour session.
For best experience plan to do a minimum of four sessions.
Experience Equine Facilitated Interactions. Suitable for any human, particularly helpful if you have an intention or problem in mind, the horses help you draw on your own experiences and reflections to find your solution, to review options.
Involves working alongside horses to create personal insight, awareness, process a thought, develop individual well-being, clarifying what is in your mind, Using your energy so the horse chooses to engage with us, a helpful tool to take away with you.
Can be a simple as observing the horses from a distance, quietly thinking with them in their environment, or working together with one in a structured way in the woodchip paddock.
I have completed the required course of study approved by the ACCPH an accredited course, you can find me on the practitioner register
It is the process of learning about oneself, in the moment, developing self -awareness. Once aware we can explore what happens when we change. Nurturing the skill of self-regulation. The horses provide a running commentary on our mindset, energy, behaviour, in this way we are given insight how to approach situations differently. Horses are compassionate non judgemental teachers of basic life skills, developing empowerment helps individuals make healthy behaviour choices.

I have priced these workshops in line with a therapeutic activity. Think Wellness. Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, need a little joy - I prescribe a pony! See it as the equivalent to a massage, reflexology, horse riding lesson, or a reiki session. Something for yourself, that makes you feel better.

6+ this is pony magic, not just stable management- this is about genuine connection, applying use of senses and body language. learning life skills. Fully understand how to be safe and natural around horses. happy to run in pairs, bring a friend. £20 per hour £30 for two hours.
